More than 1.25 million people\u2019s lives were cut short in 2013 due to a road traffic crash. According to the World Health Organization<\/a>, between 20 and 50 million more suffered from non-fatal injuries with many incurring a disability as a result of their injury.<\/p>\n In order to keep roadways safe, governments need to start taking action to disengage risky driving behaviors.<\/p>\n A recent survey in Tendring, a district of Essex in England, showed that 78% of respondents believed speeding was an issue<\/strong> in their village. The solution to this problem came in the form of a donation of \u00a38,500 from the Tendring Community Safety Partnership<\/a>.
